These terms govern use of the AZ Engineering assistant for Microsoft Teams (the "assistant") and of this website. By installing or using the assistant you accept them. If you use the assistant on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and your organisation is responsible for the accounts it grants access to.
The assistant answers questions in a Teams chat, using material made available to it. Replies are informational and are generated automatically. They are a starting point for the person asking, not a decision.
Professional verification. Scheduling, cost, progress and contractual information produced by the assistant must be checked by a qualified person before it is relied upon for contractual, financial, safety or programme decisions.
The assistant is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw functions at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where the service is withdrawn, the organisation administering it will be notified.
The assistant, this website and the AZ Engineering name and marks belong to AZ Engineering. Material you or your organisation submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, AZ Engineering is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on an automatically generated reply. Our total liability for any claim relating to the assistant is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the assistant at any time by removing it in Teams. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where the service is misused.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
